   What is the Tel. No. of Brgy Lourdes in Don Manuel? I would like to complain nd file charges against my tenant in 17B Samat, Soleile Apacible who did not pay her Meralco, Maynila bills. also 1 1/2 months rental before she vacated the place last March 31, 2023.
