   We are resident of 26 Bituan St Bgy Dona Imelda. We would like to inform you that our neighborhood here are not considerate. It almost 11pm and they still are singing with very loud videoke. It is very irritating. The house we are complaining is the house with several jeepney as they are the operator. Its I think house #31 Bituan. We hope the barangay can do something about this. Thanks
